GC01 standard project progress in April 2025
一、Bade (Southern Section) Work Area：
(1) A total of 337 foundation piles for Jiande Road and new roads were completed in November 2020.
(2) A total of 66 pile caps on Jiande Road and new roads have been completed in June 2021.
(3) A total of 61 RC piers on Jiande Road and new roads were completed in August 2020; a total of 5 steel piers were completed in September 2020.
(4) A total of 62 cap beams on Jiande Road and new roads have been completed in May 2022.
(5) A total of 16 spans of cast box girder bridge decks have been completed on Jiande Road and newly opened roads.
(6) The construction of 64 Xixuan concrete U-shaped beams on Jiande Road and new roads has been completed in May 2023.
(7) A total of 7 span steel box beams have been hoisted on Jiande Road and newly opened roads.
(8) Installation of separator island curbstone frame.
(9) The roads and sidewalks from Jiande Road to Jianguo Road have been tidied up.
(10) Renovation of the road and sidewalks from Jiande Road to Jianguo Road.
(11) Rebar binding on the top plate on the south side of Gengliaojiao box culvert.
(12) The old wall on the north side of the Gengliao foot box culvert was demolished.
(13) New camphor trees are planted in tree pits on the north side of the planting area (Jiande Road ~ Jianguo Road).
(14) Planting (Jiande Road ~ Jianguo Road) Hirado azalea, mountain sedge, spider lily, tiger tail orchid and dwarf ivy are planted.
(15) The wire threading of the jointly managed section of Jianguo Road is underway. The rainwater box culvert and the gradual connection section on the north side of the Gengliaojiao branch line, the top plate formwork of the overflow collection well on the south side of the downstream, and the steel bar binding.
二、Luzhu, Dayuan (North Section) Work Area：
(1) Zhongzheng North Road Work Area B (Zhongzheng North Road, Luzhu District, Nanzhu Road~Zhongzheng Road Bridge), Work Area C (Zhongzheng North Road~Nangong Road, Luzhu District), D-1 Work Area (Luxing Street-Nanqing Road~Nan Gong Road Section 2), Nankan Road Section 2 D Work Area (Nanqing Road~Shanlong Gas Station), E Work Area (No. 532, Nankan Road Section 2~Kengguo Intersection) and F Work Area (Kengguo Road-G15a~G15b Station) 1,458 foundation piles have been completed in May 2022.
(2) A total of 249 pile caps on Zhongzheng North Road, Nankan Road Section 2, Sanmin Road Section 2 and Kangguo Road have been completed.
(3) Pier column operations are continuing on Zhongzheng North Road, Nankan Road Section 2, Sanmin Road Section 2 and Kengguo Road, and a total of 247 pier columns have been completed.
(4) Zhongzheng North Road, Section 2 of Nankan Road, Section 2 of Sanmin Road and Kangguo Road continue to carry out cap beam construction, with a total of 225 cap beams completed.
(5) A total of 63 spans of cast box girder bridge decks have been completed on Zhongzheng North Road, Nankan Road Section 2, Sanmin Road Section 2 and Kengguo Road. Currently, the installation of bridge deck drainage pipes for units DU14-03 and DU14-09 is underway.
(6) Zhongzheng North Road, Nankan Road Section 2, Sanmin Road Section 2 and Kengguo Road have completed the hoisting of 200 Xixuan concrete U-shaped beams.
(7) Zhongzheng North Road, Nankan Road Section 2, Sanmin Road Section 2 and Kengguo Road have completed the hoisting of 64 span steel box beams.
(8) G13 station is currently installing the glass curtain strips on the platform level of the station, fully welding the aluminum panels on the east wall of the entrance and exit, piping for the 3F power system, and construction of the water supply system;G14 (formerly G13a) station entrances and exits are undergoing exterior wall primer and layout, north steel structure installation at the platform level, and east-west glass curtain installation at the lobby level; G15 (formerly G14) station entrances and exits are undergoing exterior wall curtain frame assembly for the connecting passage, rainwater drainage pipe piping under the connecting passage, third floor interior wall painting and emergency ladder wall finishing, 3F fire alarm system wiring, 3F power system wiring, 3F lighting system piping, 2F platform level fire protection system sprinkler pipe piping, etc.; G15a (formerly G31) station entrances and exits are currently undergoing third floor primer painting, station connecting passage light compartment sealing, 4F distribution room B electrical system wiring, 3F electrical system construction, etc.; G15b (formerly G32) station entrances and exits are currently undergoing exterior wall primer, escape ladder wall pre-painting work, 5F power system wiring, 4F power system cable duct construction, etc.

GC02 standard project progress in April 2025
一、 Joint operations for rerouting the Jiegengliaojiao branch line of the southern excavation section, preparation of shield machines at the arrival end of the shield tunnel, and safety monitoring operations.
二、 Construction of G03 station structure, shield tunneling and equipment maintenance and conversion, construction of entrance and exit structures, and safety monitoring operations.
三、 Construction of intermediate columns, excavation and support system, temporary drainage and safety monitoring at G04 station.
四、 Construction of VS4 ventilation shaft structure base plate, advancement of pipe works and safety monitoring operations.
五、 Construction of G05 station structure base, excavation of entrances and exits, construction of support system, construction of entrance and exit structures, and safety monitoring operations.
六、 VS5 ventilation shaft structure construction and safety monitoring operations.
七、 Excavation and support system construction, structural base plate construction, entrance and exit structure construction, shield tunneling pre-work and safety monitoring work for G06 station.

G03 entrance and exit A B3F structural wall construction
GC03 standard project progress in April 2025
一、 Submit detailed designs of each station and shield tunnel for review, implement BIM, update PMIS modules, and submit relevant plans/construction drawings of each station, northern excavation section, and shield tunnel.
二、 G07 station is constructing the lower floor structure of B5F platform layer.
三、 G08 station is carrying out construction of column and wall structures in the earthwork area B6F and the station area B3F.
四、 Construction of B2F column and wall structure at G09 station; excavation and waterproofing work on B4F and the connecting section of the tunnel down line.
五、 Construction of the platform secondary structure and north shaft track layer side wall of G10 station; construction of the entrance and exit through-hall layer side wall structure.
六、 G11 Station will carry out the construction of the south shaft roof and platform structure of the station body; the construction of the slow-building area structure of the entrances and exits and the connecting passages at the north and south shafts of the station body; the construction of the structures above the entrances and exits A, B, C and the ventilation shaft mezzanine; and the decoration work of the station body platform layer and the entrance and exit through-hole layer.
七、 Construction of the north and south shaft partition walls, cooling water tower and emergency staircase structure of G12 station; decoration work of the station body and entrance and exit platform level, lobby level and ground level.
八、 The hydropower and environmental control project involves the installation of the G11 and G12 station air duct systems, electrical systems, water pipe systems, and the G11~G12 tunnel down line water system pipelines.
九、 The shield of Zhongyuan Tunnel is undergoing maintenance.
十、 The inverted arch walkway structure of the small round tunnel is being constructed; the northern excavated section is undergoing restoration work.
十一、 As of April 30, 2025, the GC03 bid has been implemented at 64.95%.

GC05 standard project progress in April 2025
Taoyuan MRT Green Line GC05 standard project includes elevator engineering and escalator engineering
一、 Elevator Engineering: We are currently processing the final design and manufacturing work for the northern section of the station and the northern locomotive plant.
二、 Escalator Project: We are currently carrying out the final design and manufacturing work for the northern section of the station that is open to traffic.
(1). Installation of No. 1 elevator car at G13 station.
(2). Installation and adjustment of escalator bed plates of No. 5-6 at G15a station.

GM01 standard project progress in April 2025
The GM01 project of the Taoyuan MRT Green Line includes electromechanical systems, track engineering, civil engineering of the North Machine Plant and main substation, and other electromechanical engineering projects.
一、 Mechanical and electrical system:
(1). Each subsystem is currently processing mid-term and final design assignments.
(2) Installation and testing of the communication system, monitoring and data acquisition system, power supply system, locomotive equipment and special maintenance vehicles, vehicle monitoring system and platform door system equipment of the North Locomotive Plant and G13 (north of Nanzhuzhong) to G15b (Kengkou) stations.
(3) The Green Line trains are manufactured and transported to the Taipei Locomotive and Rolling Stock Works for testing.
二、 Track Engineering:
(1). Construction of floating and pedestal tracks between Luxing Street and G15b (kengkou) (up and down).
(2). Construction of special track switch group between G15 (Shuiwei) and G15b (Kengkou) stations.
三、 Civil engineering of Beijing Machinery Plant:
(1). Structural renovation work of the North Main Substation, Management Center, Main Maintenance Plant and Parking Depot.
(2). Construction of the machine plant retaining wall.
