GC01 standard project progress in July 2025
一、Bade (Southern Section) Work Area:
(1) A total of 337 foundation piles for Jiande Road and the newly opened roads were all installed in November 2020.
(2) A total of 66 pile caps for Jiande Road and the newly opened roads were all installed in June 2021.
(3) A total of 61 RC piers for Jiande Road and the newly opened roads were all installed in August 2021; a total of 5 steel piers were all installed in September 2021.
(4) A total of 62 cap beams for Jiande Road and the newly opened roads were all installed in May 2022.
(5) A total of 16 spans of field-cast box beam bridge decks for Jiande Road and the newly opened roads were completed.
(6) The construction of 64 precast concrete U-shaped beams for Jiande Road and the newly opened roads was completed in May 2013.
(7) The hoisting of 7 spans of steel box beams for Jiande Road and the newly opened roads was completed.
(8) Pumping and tidying up the south side of the common pipeline south excavation section before piping, and lowering the road surface.
(9) Installation of precast cable trenches.
(10) Tie reinforcement for the central walkway and assemble formwork.
二、Luzhu, Dayuan (North Section) Work Area:
(1) 1,458 foundation piles in Zhongzheng North Road Section B (Zhongzheng North Road, Nanzhu Road to Zhongzheng Road Bridge, Luzhu District), Section C (Zhongzheng North Road to Nangong Road, Luzhu District), Section D-1 (Luxing Street to Nanqing Road to Section 2 of Nangong Road), Section D of Nankan Road Section 2 (Nanqing Road to Shanlong Gas Station), Section E (No. 532, Section 2 of Nankan Road to Kengguo Road Intersection), and Section F (Kengguo Road to G31 to G32 Station) were all completed in May 2012.
(2) A total of 249 pile caps in Zhongzheng North Road, Section 2 of Nankan Road, Section 2 of Sanmin Road, and Kengguo Road have been completed.
(3) Pier construction continues in Zhongzheng North Road, Section 2 of Nankan Road, Section 2 of Sanmin Road, and Kengguo Road, with a total of 247 piers completed.
(4) The construction of cap beams continues on Zhongzheng North Road, Nankan Road Section 2, Sanmin Road Section 2 and Kengguo Road, with a total of 225 cap beams completed.
(5) A total of 63 spans of field-cast box beam bridge decks have been completed on Zhongzheng North Road, Nankan Road Section 2, Sanmin Road Section 2 and Kengguo Road. Currently, the inspection of bridge deck drainage pipes, installation of central walkway expansion joint covers, construction of water collection wells and laying of connecting pipe molds are underway.
(6) A total of 200 pre-cast concrete U-shaped beams have been hoisted on Zhongzheng North Road, Nankan Road Section 2, Sanmin Road Section 2 and Kengguo Road.
(7) A total of 64 spans of steel box beams have been hoisted on Zhongzheng North Road, Nankan Road Section 2, Sanmin Road Section 2 and Kengguo Road.
(8) G13 station is currently carrying out overhead cable line construction, etc.; G14 (formerly G13a) station entrance and exit - 5F exterior wall tile primer spraying, etc.; G15 (formerly G14) station body cantilever platform rust removal and painting, platform door protection and site preparation, etc.; G15a (formerly G31) station entrance and exit exterior wall tile primer painting, site preparation, fifth floor cushioning pre-work, third floor stationmaster's office, men's and women's toilet floor tile plastering, etc.; G15b (formerly G32) station body through the floor elevator door column installation, entrance and exit rainwater drainage pipe installation.
三、As of July 31, 2025, the progress of the GC01 bid was 86.41%.
GC02 standard project progress in July 2025
1. Dismantling the shield machine at the arrival point of the southern excavation shield tunnel and conducting safety monitoring.
2. Construction of the G03 station structure, excavation of the North Well shield tunnel and equipment conversion, construction of the entrance and exit structures, and safety monitoring.
3. Excavation and support system construction, construction of the structural baseplate, and safety monitoring of the G04 station.
4. Construction of the VS4 ventilation shaft structure, pipe pushing, and safety monitoring.
5. At G10 Station, the station platform substructure and north shaft concourse slab construction will be carried out; the entrance and exit concourse column and wall structures will be constructed.
6. At G11 Station, the station compartment wall substructure will be finalized; entrances and exits A, B, and C, and the ventilation shaft structures above ground level will be constructed; and the station, entrance and exit platform, and concourse levels will be renovated.
7. At G12 Station, the emergency staircase structure will be constructed; the station, entrance and exit concourse levels, and ground levels will be renovated; and the west side road will be restored and backfilled.
8. The water, electricity, and environmental control project will involve the installation of the air duct system, electrical system, and water system for G11 and G12 stations, as well as the water system pipeline for the G11-G12 tunnel downline.
9. Submission of relevant construction plans, mid-term/final review of detailed design, and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
十、As of July 31, 2025, the actual progress of GC02 bid is 44.19%.
GC03 standard project progress in July 2025
1. Submit detailed designs for each station and shield tunnel for review. BIM implementation and PMIS module updates are in place. Plans and construction drawings for each station, the northern excavation section, and the shield tunnel are submitted.
2. Excavation of the B5F track level is underway at G07 Station.
3. Construction of the B5F column walls and B4F slabs in the excavation area of G08 Station is underway. Construction of the B3F column walls and B2F slab bottoms in the station area, as well as the B4F tunnel downline connection section, is underway.
4. Construction of the B1F floor slab and B4F tunnel downline connection section is underway at G09 Station.
5. At G10 Station, construction is underway on the platform-level partition walls and side walls at the north shaft level; independent columns and load-bearing walls are being installed at the entrance and exit levels.
6. At G11 Station, finishing work is underway on the partition walls in the buffer zone; construction is underway on the structures above the ground level of Entrance and Exit B and the ventilation shaft; renovations are being carried out throughout the area; and the east side road is being restored.
7. At G12 Station, construction is underway on the emergency staircase; renovations are being carried out throughout the area; and pipelines are being restored on the west side road.
8. For the water, electricity, and environmental control project, construction is underway on the air duct, electrical, and water piping systems for G11 and G12 Stations.
9. The shield machine on the Zhongyuan Tunnel's downline (G08-G07) is undergoing maintenance, and excavation is underway on the upline (G10-G09).
10. Drainage restoration work is underway in the northern excavation section.
11. As of July 31, 2025, the GC03 bid has been implemented at 68.30%.
GC05 standard project progress in July 2025
Taoyuan MRT Green Line GC05 standard project includes elevator engineering and escalator engineering
1. Elevator project: The design, manufacturing and installation work for the northern section of the station and the northern locomotive plant are currently underway.
2. Escalator project: The design, manufacturing and installation work for the northern section of the station are currently underway.
3. The recent work contents are as follows:
(1) Monitoring pipeline piping work at G15 station.
(2) Elevator centering and layout work at G14 station No. 2.
(3) Elevator car track installation work at G14 station No. 2.
(4) Elevator car track installation work at G15b station No. 1.
(5) Elevator bed plate elevation positioning work at G11 station No. 5-6.
(6) Elevator counterweight installation work at G14 station No. 2.
(7) Installation of the No. 2 elevator car track at G15 station
4. As of July 31, 2025, the implementation progress of the GC05 bid is 22.9%.
GM01 standard project progress in July 2025
The GM01 project of the Taoyuan MRT Green Line includes electromechanical systems, track engineering, civil engineering of the North Locomotive Plant and main substation, and other electromechanical engineering projects.
1. Electromechanical system:
(1) The mid-term and final design work for each subsystem is currently underway.
(2) The communication system, monitoring and data acquisition system, power supply system, depot equipment and special maintenance vehicles, driving monitoring system and platform door system equipment of the North Locomotive Plant and G13 (South Zhuzhong North) to G15b (Kengkou) stations are being installed and tested.
(3) The Green Line trains are being manufactured and delivered to the North Locomotive Plant for testing.
2. Track engineering:
(1) The construction of floating and pedestal track between G11 (Arts and Culture Zone) station and the North Chuchu section (upward). (2) The construction of floating and pedestal track between G15 (Shuiwei) and G16 stations (upward).
3. Civil engineering of the North Machine Plant:
Structural renovation work for the North Main Substation, Management Center, Main Maintenance Facility, and Depot.
